NOTICE

The Township Board of Trustees has approved a 5-year contract with Kimble for Rubbish Service Collection, effective April 1, 2025, for ALL Township Residential Units.  Kimble has sent letters to all residential units with information regarding the new pickup day (note that your day may have changed).  The letter also includes details related to when bins will be provided and other important information.

Note that Republic will collect rubbish through the end of March 2025.  Therefore, please place your Republic bins at the curb, as usual, on March 27 or March 28 (whichever is your normal pick-up day) for rubbish collection.  Republic has asked that you leave the bins at the curb (both the recycle bin and the rubbish bins) after the rubbish has been collected, as Republic will be picking up these bins by the end of March 2025.

BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Brunswick Hills Township has open alternate positions (annual commitment) on the Board of Zoning Appeals.  The BZA meets monthly on the first Wednesday of every month.  If interested, please submit a completed application (link below) to Trustee Trica Murphy at tmurphy@brunswickhillstwp.org.  Feel free to contact Trica by email or phone with any questions.

ANNUAL TRASH OPT-OUT

The Township Board of Trustees is currently accepting bids for Trash Service Collection, effective April 1, 2025.  Residents who opted out for 2024 were automatically opted out for the first three months of 2025.  The successful bidder will be announced at the February 25, 2025 Regular Trustees Meeting.  Opt-Out Forms for 2025 will be accepted at the Township Administrative Office beginning February 26, 2025.   

The ANNUAL opt-out opportunity for trash service for 2025 will end on March 14, 2025.

Want to be informed when trash service will be delayed or suspended due to weather or other issues?

Republic Waste has worked with Brunswick Hills Township to provide the following process to obtain contact information from any resident that would like to provide it.  Please call Republic Waste at 440-458-5191 and let the agent know you would like to be notified of any service interruptions.   Provide your name, address and phone number, and the procedure will be complete.  Republic Waste will then be able to notify you by phone of any service delays.
